| 1986 | Foundation of KVN as a joint venture company of the Brinkhege Group and of the firm of +Egerland+ with company premises in Gesmolder Straße, Osnabrück |
| 1993 | Extension of the regional Business to include the field of wind-energy; erection of the first large wind turbine Generator in Emsland / Ostfriesland |
| 2001 | Move to the present Company head Office in Benzstraße in Osnabrück-Atter; the Heiner Brinkhege Group acquires KVN company shares from +Egerland+ |
| 2009 | Foundation of the Romanian subsidiary company KVN Sud-Est Europe SRL |
