Delivery of two new Liebherr cranes | 03. April 2018

Two new cranes were handed over to KVN this week at the Liebherr plant in Ehingen:

the LTF 1045-4.1 on Scania chassis will expand the regional fleet in Osnabrück; the new LTM 1200-5.1, of the 200 t class, will be used as an auxiliary crane in wind power and, considering the increasing number of orders, to elevate the power masts.

During the training in Ehingen lasting several days, our crane operators Stephan Mews and Kevin Hellbach (LTF 1045-4.1) and Dirk Sparenberg and Pascal Pick (LTM 1200-5.1) were introduced to the latest technical changes to the tried and tested crane types, and the colleagues received comprehensive training in operating the new cranes.

In addition, there was still time for a tour of the production halls and the imposing Liebherr premises, which left a lasting impression on the colleagues before the cranes were transferred on their own axis to KVN in Osnabrück.
